This product is manufactured from Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) with a unique micro-porous structure. This technology allows the packing to have high tensile strength while remaining flexible.



Unlike conventional rigid PTFE, Chesterton 1765 is designed to operate at higher shaft speeds without excessive heat generation. This product is the primary standard for industrial products requiring absolute purity and extreme chemical corrosion resistance.
