Chesterton 1724 is a unique PTFE valve package specially treated with a protective lubricant that will not harden and does not deteriorate in various chemical applications. valve testing has shown that high pressure is not able to squeeze out the lubricant from this inter-braid packing material. Chesterton 324 offers the same construction in a square braid formation.

Chesterton 1724 is guaranteed for life valve. If it does not outlast the valve installed in, Chesterton will replace it for FREE *.
