Gland Packing Garlock Style 5100 GFO PUMP or VALVE PACKING An industry standard for over 20 years, our 5100 style uses 100% Gore GFO filament yarns and break-in silicone lubricants. This style does not fray when cut, is easy to install and features longevity and water efficiency in rotating equipment applications. It can be exploited through a very wide range of applications including acids, alkalis, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, alcohols, esters, petroleum and synthetic oils, vapors, water, aqueous solutions, air and dry industrial gases. The 5100 style has good thermal conductivity, speed capability, chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction, and low thermal expansion coefficient. Very good for use in pumps, mixers and agitators. And remember, if it does not have 100% GFO printed on the packaging, it's not 100% GFO. Specifications: Min. Temperature: -200 (° F) Max.
